Here we go. According to the OCSL web site, Ben Franklin Park is at Hunt Club and Greenbank. Turn onto GIBBARD AVENUE and it is there, before you get to Knoxdale.

Alternatively, turn off Hunt Club at Knoxdale and then turn on to Gibbard. If you do this, Ben Franklin is before Greenbank.
